These terms apply when you request or rent reusable moving crates from Crate Memories ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a rental inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before requesting a rental.

Inquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a rental inquiry tells us about your move and your preferred dates. It is a request — not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of availability. A rental is confirmed only when we follow up and the details are agreed with you.

Rental details

Specifics such as crate quantities, rental duration, pricing, included accessories, and how crates are received and returned are confirmed as part of your rental arrangement. We do not promise delivery, pickup, free transportation, or instant availability unless those details are confirmed with you.

Your responsibilities

• Use the crates for their intended purpose — packing and moving your belongings.
• Keep the crates in good condition during your rental.
• Return the crates according to your confirmed rental arrangements.
• Provide accurate information when requesting a rental.

Stowly is optional

Stowly inventory tools are an optional, separate upgrade and are not required to rent crates. Any information you enter into Stowly is governed by Stowly's own terms. After your rental is complete, inventory is cleared from the physical rental crates for reuse, while you may retain or archive your information within Stowly.

Pricing and availability

We do not publish specific pricing, crate quantities, or package inclusions on this website until they are confirmed. Any rental terms, fees, or arrangements are confirmed with you directly before your rental begins.

Limitation of liability

Crate Memories provides reusable crates to help make your move easier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage to your belongings packed in our crates. You are responsible for packing and protecting your own items.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
